The SPRO Spin John 80 is a 3.14 inch, 5/16 ounce hard finesse propeller lure (aka spybait) designed by B.A.S.S. Elite Series Angler John Crews. The Spin John 80 comes with swivels incorporated into the line tie and the back-hook hanger. These swivels help the bait rock back and forth on as it falls through the water column. Additionally, the rear swivel makes it harder for a fish to get leverage on the bait and throw the hook out of its mouth.

The Spin John 80 also has a special “chin” underneath the bait that increases the water resistance on the body of the bait that causes the bait to rock back and forth on the retrieve. Fantastic lure for tight-lipped smallies in gin clear water. It comes pre-rigged with sticky sharp size 6 Gamakatsu G Finesse treble hooks that are made from Tournament Grade Wire for extra strength and Nano Smooth Coat for improved hooksets.
