The 13 Fishing Navigator is a pencil-shaped topwater walking bait. The lure features three ball-bearing weights in the tail of the lure that facilitate both long casts and erratic walking surface action. This weighting system makes bombing long casts super easy and also makes “walking” the bait back to you on the retrieve easier than ever before.
